I'm not one of those "music sucks nowadays" types. There's plenty of great new music out there if you know where to look. One of those places is Stuck In Thee Garage, where I play excellent recent releases every goddamn week in hour 1. This week, I played choice selections from J Mascis, MJ Lenderman, Rick Rude and Boeckner, just to name a few. And then in hour 2, I look back to 35 years ago (when I--cough--graduated from college) and play a bunch of hot jams from 1989. It's juuuuuuust a bit outside.
