Panamanian strongman Manuel Noriega died this week at the age of 83. He was notorious as the military dictator of Panama for much of the 1980s, but when U.S. forces invaded the country and apprehended him in 1989, he holed up in the Vatican embassy. The Americans then blasted loud rock music at him for three days as part of their attempt to drive him out of the embassy. This week on Stuck In Thee Garage, I played music to roust a dictator with in hour 2 of the show. Things got loud.
