Have to admit, I'm not a fan of rock festivals. Standing around all day (or for multiple days) with thousands of other people to see a ton of bands play short sets is just not fun for me. Not to mention I probably only like a handful of the acts playing. My festival-going days peaked and ended in the early '90s with Lollapalooza, which is still going as an annual event in Chicago. This first one I went to was great, the second one sucked (for non-musical reasons). This week on Stuck In Thee Garage, I played songs by artists who have played Lollapalooza in hour 2. It gives you all the hot rock without having to stand in a field for hours (freak show not included).
